Tanja C. Laschober, PhD


Tanja Laschober, Ph.D., is an Assistant Research Scientist in the Institute for Behavioral Research at the University of Georgia. Dr. Laschober’s most recent research focuses on workforce development in substance use disorder treatment programs and addresses topics such as counselor turnover, retention, performance, work-nonwork balance, and clinical supervision. In addition, she examines the adoption and implementation of evidence-based practices in treatment programs (e.g., tobacco pharmacotherapy) and substance use disorder treatment issues. Dr. Laschober also has a keen interest in research designs and methodology; working with cross-sectional and longitudinal data; and using advanced statistics to analyze complex data.
